The Job Seeker Acceleration Program (JSAP) is a strategic mentoring program that shortens the job search period for those in transition. Obtain The Right Job (TRJ) sooner. It is essential to strategically position yourself, articulate your impact, and connect with opportunities that match your TRJ.​​

The JSAP program, with an executable plan and schedule, supports all Job Seekers pursuing a new career opportunity and their TRJ. Their employment status is:
~ work full-time but desiring a career change (TRJ)
~ work part-time and seeking full-time employment
~ unemployed recently; desire acceleration to new employment
~ extended unemployment, but have decided to return to full-time employment
~ work near or at retirement age; want to "rewire" for a new career, not retire

The Process
Old ways and practices of learning no longer apply. Coaching and mentoring are dual forms of guidance that help people grow and develop. JSAP includes both for the best results.
